Am I close to delivery?

I had contractions from 6pm yesterday and all throughout the night. They weren't painful (only a few), they were just an uncomfortable tightening in my belly. I am 36 weeks, 1 cm dilated, and with a soft cervix. I am very anxious and ready to deliver since my pregnancy has been everything but s joyous one. Do you think this could mean I am going to deliver soon...I am definitely ready to.
