Why isthe facbook app not working on my bb curve 9300?

i just upgraded my blackberry yesterday. i have a data plan. there's a 3G(bb logo) sign on the corner of my phone. bbm works everything works except the facebook app.. i try clicking on it and the mess age "you are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. if you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan." i rebooted it a couple times, then i decided to put my sim back into my old bb curve to see if facebook works, and it did. then i put it into my new one and it still doesnt work. anyone know how to fix this??? thank you.
