Company failed to deliver services as promised? Where can I take my complaint to?

Thinks do get lost in the post. I am afraid that the photo book printing company won't have to cover your shipping costs to a small village with no postal service. However, if a book does not arrive within two weeks they should reprint it and ship it again as a courtesy and I understand that most photo book services do this.
