My computer doesnt show anything on my computer?

my computer doesnt show anything on my computer just what ever that was pinned to my taskbar. i juz recently had one of those viruses that act as an anti virus. I got rid on a whole bunch of malware with malwarebytes but now i cant see any of my programs, pictures, music ect. i know its there because when i open windows media player from my task bar it still plays my music. I dont know what to do. im thinkin of rebooting it but im lookin for other options =(
